Initial Guide Quotation
We review your enquiry and provide an initial guide quotation.
Go Ahead Confirmation
Confirm you would like to go ahead, confirming colour choice.
Template Dates
We confirm details and propose provisional template and installation dates.
Deposit Request
Deposit request received, plus a simple checklist covering appliance, sink and tap details, and site readiness.
Deposit Paid
Once deposit is paid, template and installation dates are scheduled.
48 Hour Check Call
We will call around 48 hours before template to confirm everything is ready.
Template Visit
Our templater visits and completes a digital template. Any additions or changes are noted and sent back for pricing.
Approve Template
Approve template including any additions or changes. Balance to be paid.
Manufacturing
Worktops are manufactured with a final quality inspection.
24 Hour Install Call
We will call around 24 hours before installation to confirm and provide a timeslot.
Installation
Our installation team installs your new worktops and walks you through care and maintenance.
Completion Sign Off
Sign the job completion sheet to confirm you are happy with the installation.
